Larry started buying real estate in 1983 at the age of 18. Successes for Larry have been no different than
for other entrepreneurial spirited people and he experienced his ups and down. After writing his first
book, Larry’s career in real estate took off. As both a real estate investor and a licensed real estate
broker, Larry has a history of understanding the values of homes. As one of the owners of East Out Real
Estate, Larry feels that all the people who work for Easy Out Real Estate, must make sure that seller of a
property is well taken care of and all deals must be a win-win for the company and the seller. Larry
makes sure his employees are honest, caring and respectful. Larry’s philosophy is “How can we help the
seller?”
